Hi Didier,
I used also panels as wall for my AM96 project (SNOT technique).
See rendered pictures of those cars:

The transparent blue windows are panels (1x2x3), also the white pieces under the
windows are panels. Between the panels (length direction), use i bicks (1x2 -
white & black), and every odd window use i plates to bridge the left & right
side of the car for strenght.
This makes it possible to place 2 minifigs next to eachother with an offset of 1
stud in lenght direction (for the minifig arms). After more than one year on the
shelf, is it readdy to run. I will take this train to LEGO WORLD 2005 in Holland
(ZWOLLE). Perhaps we meet eachother again? The MLCAD files have to be reworked,
thats why they aren't on Brickshelf yet. It needs a lot of space when driving in
a curve (6 studs to avoid any problems hitting some objects in the inner
trackcircle)
Regards,
ludo

| Hi, As you know, some builders among you enjoy placing some interior details in their rolling stocks. As the scale of minifig do not fit well the scale of most train parts, you may often feel a lack of internal room (for instance only 4 studs in 6 (...)
