  Re: Spider Tank

(...) I can dig it. You've got nice set of smooth, sorta bulbous in places, shapes that works really well. The mech ends up looking just a little cute, but that's OK. Getting the wheels in there and keeping it able to stand and pose is also very (...) (19 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Guessing @ Bryce's Newest Teaser

I'll admit, I've lost track of the newest of the teaser postings. Is it the E2-C Hawkeye or the M1 Abrams? (19 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Spider Tank

(...) Oh that is nice. I love the way you got wheels in the "feet", and the iconic Vrieze half-pin missile packs are always a hit with me. The color segregation works very well, although I'd like to see a bit of white that isn't contiguous to the (...) (19 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Spider Tank

(...) Hello Kyle, great work! You did a really good job on this multi-ped (like you always do, BTW). I like your MOC very much. Spider Tank has a wonderfull shape. IMO Studless! The bley and black fit well together. I'm a bit puzzled about the white (...) (19 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Spider Tank

Here's a new MOC, it's a Spider Tank Mech: (5 URLs) brickshelf gallery> I'll do a MOCpage when the site's back up. This MOC was heavily inspired by (but not a faithful replica of) a spider tank featured in the anime Ghost in the Shell--Stand Alone (...)   Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

(...) Wait. That's right, veritechs are from Robotech. Love that SDF-1. So does yers transform? :P (19 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: first public mecha

Hey Dan, I love the color scheme, reminds me of Space Police I. My favorite bit are the hands. I love how you used the 2x2 plate with the octagonal bar around it to fasten on the fingers. Very original and very cool. I also love the cockpit. The (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Ham - The Space Monkey

BWAAAAAHAHAHHAHAHHAH...AA...AAA!! Nelson, thank you for the best laugh (and most original mecha MOC) that I've seen in quite awhile. The proportions are great. The head and face are just aces, especially the 1x1 white clip plates for teeth. The (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build)

Well, (URL) made me laugh, at least. Disclaimer: I haven't explored the whole site too thoroughly, so there may be images inappropriate for younger viewers. Stuff like boogers and poo, maybe. Dave! (...) Duh, man, it's a Spanish Galleon! ;) (...) Thanks! I definitely agree with you on SNOT. :) Oh, and I look forward to you finishing that ship from the Fifth Element with the swimming pool! :D Jeff (19 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

(...) Black doesn't photograph well; they're a lot more detailed in person. I'd considered Dark Grey, but I didn't have the parts at the time. I plan to get the parts, though, because I want to try it and decide if I like it better (I even have an (...) (19 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Titan XP Red

(...) Hi Dave, this is sure the best looking Titan XP I saw up to now. Really nice. I would've liked to see it with the sand blue replaced by tan too. But i can understand that you now take the parts for new own creations. I sorrowfull have to do (...) (19 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Dude. I so loved that submarine of yours from Captain Harlock. Can't wait to see it again with Veritechs on the runway. (19 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Titan XP Red

(...) -snip- Dave, I first saw the Titan XP fully built at Rob Limbaugh's house. His son built it and I was impressed by the shape and form of the Mecha. (except for the antenna sticking up on the head!) Then my girl friend built it while I was (...) (19 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Titan XP Red

Dave, this re-color looks so cool! I wish the company had replaced the orange with dark red. Even better if they also replaced the sand blue with tan, or even keeping the sand blue, and giving us tan instead of black. (19 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
