Re: My first MOC in "bley"....

(...) Hi John, and now imagine that the hooks are actually done in SNOT technique! And think somewhat further: the trashcan will surely be filled with all kind of kitchen SCHLEIM sooner or later....   Re: Spider Mecha

(...) Ah, ha. I see it now. The loop is on the handle of the metal detector, creating stress, and helps keeps your legs where you want them. Of course they may not be providing that much stress at all, but still looks very nice. Very cool trick. I'm (...) (20 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Robo Platoon MOC's

Hello all, I was recently at TRU, and came across a new designer set called "Robo Platoon". It was along the same lines as the original "Mini-Bots" set that lego offered last year. So, I bought one, because I have to support Lego's continued (...) (20 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

New mosaic: Portrait of 3 boys

Hi, everyone! In early November 2004, a woman commissioned me to create a mosaic of her children as a gift for her husband. (2 URLs) Read all about it on MOCpages.> The mosaic is about 3.5 feet wide and 2 feet tall, and uses about 7000 or 8000 (...) (...) That's a pretty sweet little mech. Are those hoses around where the legs meet the body? Very fun and cool looking. Looks like a blast to play with. Cross posting to .mecha Mark Neumann (20 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Teeny tiny mini-mecha

(...) I liked your scene with this tiny mech terrorizing a tiny cityscape. That's a scene I would not have the parts to do, for my minifig scale mechs. (20 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  Re: lego factory contest question

Cool. I really like that model. That set was my second "big" LEGO set as a kid (after 487 Space Cruiser) as a kid and was the basis for hours and hours of play. Wouldn't it be cool if they did a "micro-legends" line and rebuilt a bunch of these (...) (20 years ago, 13-Dec-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)
