Re: A window using SNOT and SNIR techniques

(...) Well, to be picky, it's not *exactly* the same thickness. A tile is 0.4 "stud-widths" thick, but the distance between 2 such windows is about 0.414 (square-root of 2 minus 1) stud-widths. Over a larger area you would start to notice the (...) (20 years ago, 16-Sep-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: MSM-01

(...) Well done, F-Dog. I especially like the fact that you have a cockpit and very poseable, usable legs in such a compact design. Hey Erik, Great design idea! I actually saw this on Brickshelf and started to post an announcement over on Classic-Castle.com before I noticed you'd announced it here. Very cool window! But how are the studs not in a row? The SNOT I see, but not the SNIR. Marc Nelson Jr. (20 years ago, 16-Sep-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: Help needed: my custom beards

Hi, Neat website! And your links are fantastic, especially the ones to the Japanese LEGO sites. I desperately want to go there to score some cool LEGO stuff.   Re: UPMX Urban Parol Mecha - Experimental

(...) Hey...Fradel popped his own cherry and finally posted. Cool Mecha...I'm not really hip to the standards of articulation and building techinique of the genre, but I like what I see. Nice work.   Help needed: my custom beards

Hi guys, I'm close to producing my next batch of custom accessories and I need your opinions. Namely: what colour should I produce my beards in?   Re: San Francisco Mosaic v. Frances

(...) Eric, Looks like Ivan is going to be a bit closer to your house this time, maybe you'll need something a bit more sturdy to hold that mosaic in place. jt (20 years ago, 16-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic, lugnet.general, lugnet.build.mosaic)
