Re: A taste of the east, or, the Korean Lugnet

What is this thread doing in .build.mecha? Or space, for that matter? Soren (FUT set properly) (20 years ago, 5-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: A taste of the east, or, the Korean Lugnet

(...) The sad thing is that a lot of those sets look better than what we can find on the US market. I wouldn't be surprised if Oxfordbrick were really a subsidiary of Lego, this would allow them to release military-style sets without drastically (...)   Re: What's actually the task of the moderators on BrickShelf?

(...) Simply put: The job of the moderators is not to expunge content YOU may find politically inappropriate or in poor taste. They merely enforce the content and usage guidelines set forth by BrickShelf. As for the "Iron Reich" glorifying Nazism, (...)   Re: The Brick Testament: A Family Stoned and a City Massacred

(...) Still grinding the same axe? Either people have gotten the point by now or are too blind to understand. Of course, if you just like illustrating stories, I suppose I won't argue with that. :-) -->Bruce<-- (20 years ago, 4-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: The Brick Testament: A Family Stoned and a City Massacred

(...) Great job as usual Brendan! I admire that you've continued to follow this through, most rest of us would have slacked off and quit after a few stories. What's the long term goal, books wise? I know there's some sections of the Bible (Numbers, (...) (20 years ago, 4-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: New MOC: BubbleGum Crisis Hardsuit Mk II

(...) I'm not too keen on the white one, even though it looks nice, but I much prefer the red and green ones. The detail is great, and the posability is awesome. Its a shame I never saw Bubblegum though...guess I'll have to check it out eventually. (20 years ago, 4-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Hi, Bruce. (...) It always warms the heart. (...) The tents you get to see in relatively sharp focus in some later pics. Ah, more death and destruction. Family Stoned, Burned: There are several great creations here that hide under soft focus in the background--the microscale Ai, the trees, the city gate, and the tents made of capes.
