  Re: wishin' on a star

(...) Not at all. Well, maybe with my second guess on #13, but that's a matter of the evidence (i.e. the original mlcad plate that it was modified from) being flawed. For everything else I clearly thought just hard enough, since I pegged them all. (...) (20 years ago, 7-Jul-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

(...) Whoops, meant to say "about 1/2-tile short of 2-brick height". (20 years ago, 7-Jul-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Moonbase Module: Mount SciBrick - Mech Bay 05

(...) Yay! Hi Nate.... (...) Your Mech Bay would be studless, that's why! Mr. Technic Beam. (...) Thank you, but I still believe in your creativity. Trick is to make it happen. We all dream, it just depends on wheather or not you actually sit down (...) (20 years ago, 7-Jul-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: Moonbase Module: Mount SciBrick - Mech Bay 05

(...) Thank you sir! I saw a simular "bones in the ground" set up in a NELUG display and it's just the thing to do. (...) Since this is a power up facility, Mechs just walk up and get some power, mostly automated I would think. Perhaps some (...) (20 years ago, 7-Jul-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Well, if they made it in an 18 slope even though there's only one other basic compatible piece (I know there's also a triple-wedge, but...), there's always a chance that they might make it in 33 and 45 degree versions someday.   Re: wishin' on a star

(...) I'd say, given that you posted such a detailed analysis of all the parts, with a running point by point commentary, that you're the one thinking too hard, but that's just me. I think a better approach than analysing in depth is to just ask the (...) (20 years ago, 7-Jul-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: wishin' on a star

(...) Yeah, it does clear up a few questions...though the description of part #17 looks a bit mixed up. As I said earlier, the part you based it on is 2x2x1, not 2x2x2, and you listed it as being "without center stud", when you showed it without the (...) (...) Ahhh, yes. You are correct. Bummer. That would be awesome in 33 degree. -Duane (20 years ago, 7-Jul-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, FTX)
