Re: Tracked Light Mecha Support Rig

(...) Thanks, it was a fun excersize. I had a limited amount of tracks so its kinda dinky. Still the elements were there, they just needed to be used. (...) At first the "tug" was just a stationary Comms pod with a set of Manual Arm Labor Controls. (...) (20 years ago, 22-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Mag Bas! KG. Big 10-4 on the hookie doo. Will do. Will add Blue. Mixed in bley? No way. Maybe a little, chizzle, its only a lizzle. The cab is like, dynomite! Had to make something with the Canopy. Needed it to be old school. Still (...) (20 years ago, 22-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Tracked Light Mecha Support Rig

Well done Eric! I don't know what to say, except that this truly creative work. From the triangular track arrangement to the detachable tug, this is all classy work my friend! I also like the grey "scientific" (as you call it) CS look a lot. Hope to (...) (20 years ago, 22-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Tracked Light Mecha Support Rig

Nice work E, but if thats a 'light' rig I'd hate to see a heavy. Actually, strike that, I'd love to see a heavy...one big enough for Big-Jama to ride around in. I have to say the crazy-funked-up cab is my favorite element of the moc, but there is so (...) (20 years ago, 22-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: KOHL'S clearance: combo Designer Sets (4047 & 4048) down to $12 (!)

The Kohl's in Salem, NH has the same deal. 4047, 4048, and 4101 on clearance. They had a few of each set on the shelves, and after the discounts, it came to about $31 for 1 of each. -Eric (20 years ago, 22-Jun-04, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.town, lugnet.space, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: Tracked Light Mecha Support Rig

(...) Those are Classic! I always thought of those sets as the "scientific" looking ones. The more grey, the more scientific! Maybe? Ahh, ignore the ramblings of this old man! e (20 years ago, 21-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Tracked Light Mecha Support Rig

(...) Upon further reflection, I take back my blue comment. To name but a few, the following sets <set:442_1> <set:452_1> <set:462_1> <set:6823> <set:6848_2> <set:6861_1> <set:6880> all have no blue in them and they sure are "Classic" in all senses (...) (...) Ya, I was supposed to add some Blue in there somewhere. I guess it never happend! I'll try to add it to the next one. Which, surely will be bigger. Thanks Bob! e (20 years ago, 21-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Tracked Light Mecha Support Rig

  Innovative Train MOC on Brickshelf...
