  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

(...) WOW!!! I can honestly say, that clock caught my eye faster then anything I've seen posted in a few weeks. I love it! Are those trans yellow 1x1 tiles on the top door? I'd love to see some more detailed pics of it. How did you hang it? The (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

(...) Wow! I can see why you are a professional model maker. This model is a step above even the excellent models displayed here by enthusiasts. I think this is in part due to the artistic flavor of the model. The colors chosen and their placement (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

(...) Very cool. Is the working clock mechanism going to be made out of LEGOs? :) Oh yeah, and welcome to the group :) Hopefully, we'll get you to the next LUGOLA meeting :) -Anne (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: New MOC: "Prowler" Autonomous Battle Tank

(...) Hey Mladen, I was checking this out last night. First off, I NEVER get tired of your Mobile Platforms! So this is fun to see. Second, it looks sturdy as heck. Thirdly, I was showing my co-workers this new one this morning. Ooohs and Ahhhhs, (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: "Prowler" Autonomous Battle Tank

(...) Ah, yes. You have already in fact seen what holds those bad boys. As my PAs evolved so did the pulse rifles. Thanks for noticing. Regards. (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

Hey everybody! This is my first attepmt at posting on brickshelf.com. Lets hope I didn't mess up too bad! (URL) is a model I constructed while at LEGOLAND, but it never did get to be used for its intended purpose. Luckily, I was able to get it as my (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build) !!

  Re: Mecha-Domokun

(...) Haha! That's too much. You got the face of the Domokun perfectly. Well done. Your pictures look great too. Nice photography skills! Adrian (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha-Domokun

Expertly done. It has realistic mecha details, yet is wacky at the same time. Wackalistic. Yes, a Mecha-Domokun is inevitable when japanese pop culture has reached Domokun saturation, regardless of how wacky such a mecha would be. It's almost (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: "Prowler" Autonomous Battle Tank

(...) Oh yes. Mamoru Oshii is a Japanese Stanley Kubrick. Now if only he could handle his characters better... Be warned, though. The Patlabor TV series and OVAs are nothing like the films. (...) Yeah, a 12-gauge the size of a streetlamp is (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: P-38 Lightning Mark XII - contest entry.

(...) Thanks. I started with the landing gear this time. I discovered it's much easier to put it in this way than retrofitting it as I usually end up doing. In lugnet.space, Ryan Wood wrote: (...) Thanks Ryan. Don't forget to vote ;) (...) I've been (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests, FTX)

Re: New MOC: "Prowler" Autonomous Battle Tank

(...) Thanks. (...) Heh, I did consider a hover tank. But I think simply reinterpreting modern tank designs as futuristic hovering vehicles is wrong. Being able to fight in a 3d environment would drastically change the shape of a tank. My (URL) (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Built on a Sunday: The Grunnion

(...) Eric, This is certainly a cool little moc. Lots of fun! is it meant to be a minifig transport of some sort? or do my eyes decieve me, and there is no fig in there? just curious. -Lenny (21 years ago, 25-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: [MOC] YA40K Chaos Talon Fighter-Bomber

(...) Dave, this is certainly an interesting looking fighter. My reaction to it as a MOC - the color issue is the biggest. the yellow tubes look seriously out-of-place - and i think this thing would look awesome with two lines of color down each (...)   Re: Master Model Designer leaves LEGOLAND California

(...) If by that you mean I am being ambiguous, Don't worry. I will answer any and all questions regarding LEGOLAND and the modelshop to the best of my abillities. In the past I may of been held back by my employment at LEGO, but since I don't work (...) (21 years ago, 25-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: New MOC: "Prowler" Autonomous Battle Tank

Hello Mladen (...) You certainly made good use of them. (...) You know, I could just picture the Prowler with those treads and it would look just as awesome, maybe even more so. Did you consider a Hover Tank of sorts? (...) I have been considering (...) (21 years ago, 24-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
