Eric, You do an amazing job working on expanding the possibilities of Lego with regards to sculpture and mosaics. This is another great example of that. If I remember correctly, I set the program so that there would be no repeats of the 2x2 tile combinations. However, since I modified by hand somewhat after the program ran, there may be some duplicated configurations. Yes, I cleared out a (...) (21 years ago, 20-Nov-03, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

Very Cool What I find interesting was that most of the tiles are fairly similar in colour, especially the base (ABS) colours, being mainly white, grey and and black and yet the program has identified the ones to use to get the right colours on the (...) Hi all, With all of the 'gray storm clouds' being discussed on LUGNET this week, I fear this MOC announcement may get lost in the brouhaha. But the final pieces arrved from Germany in an amazingly short time (5 days!), so I went ahead and finished (...)
