I thought since Lego is making mini scale ships from the Star Wars movies, why not make some mini scale Star Wars ships from Jon Palmers Alphabet Project. I did only four ships and you'll have to forgive me for 2 things: 1. The color scheme isn't (...) (22 years ago, 6-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build) !!

Ahahahah! That's great! I love the use of the solid colored LOM canopies as claws. That's inspired. It makes me want to build something new before BricksWest. It's slightly larger than mini-fig scale, but much smaller than the excellent Snoopy & Woodstock sculptures I've seen discussed here & posted on Brickshelf, most recently by Vian Chan Foo in this post: (...) Mundanes is a much more generic term since it's used in both Hard SF and fantasy, and predates Rowling by at least 10, possibly 20, years... :-) (URL) bunches of other possible references found by googling using "mundanes SF term" as the (...)
