  Re: Military session/stuff at Brickswest?

(...) Cool sub! The model looks great, but that minifig looks like a giant! There's a 40-some stud wide Typhoon class sub built into a GMLTC module, but I don't think anyone's posted pictures yet. (...) Where was this idea last year when Brickmania (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Military session/stuff at Brickswest?

Hi, Matt suggested I post this here as well. I just finished an 82-stud long x 8-wide (of course) waterline model of a WWII submarine, the USS Pampinito, seen at (URL) as the first part of BayLTC's 2003 SF Waterfront project. See the most of Lego (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Mechastruct entry: LT-100 Hurricane

(...) No, I'm not pulling your legs. I'm amazed I actually pulled this one off. My second one is for the useless mech contest--a row bot. :) No, I'm not kidding. I'll have that one and the LT-100 Hurricane Trooper up tomorrow. -Anne (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Starscream, Prime and Megatron Preview

i've heard a lot of talk about how transformers HAVE TO transform. to be honest, i haven't seen a single transformer(c) robot actually look all that great (remember how megatron [gen.1] looked as a robot? those really thin legs, etc. and what about (...) (...) Whooo hooo some feedback! LOL! ;) (...) That would be a plus, but then the kitty box.... (...) Cool, one thing about building Mech is the hands are ussually tough to do in an original way. I stumbled upon it in a moment of weird thought. (...) (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Ha! that's funny! "Meow, mreow." Translation: "No I said hand me the double heat sink, not the kitty treats!" (...) Tah, a great builder like you I think could if you put your mind to it. However the way in which you substitute for them is (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Starscream, Prime and Megatron Preview

As I said, I won't hold my breath. Getting TLC interested is a long shot, but it's the only way these will ever be available as kits. I've looked into trying to produce them independently, and obtaining the parts is not even practical. Whether TLC (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
