Hi,
Matt suggested I post this here as well.

I just finished an 82-stud long x 8-wide (of course) waterline model of a
WWII submarine, the USS Pampinito, seen at
http://www.maritime.org/tour/index.htm as the first part of BayLTC's 2003 SF
Waterfront project. See the most of Lego Model here:
http://www.wards.net/~bill/lego/events/train-shows/gats-2002-11/show.cgi/pc010039

Its probably not worth a whole BricksWest session, thought there is some
double-sided and upside-down SNOT in it. While its not a tracked vehicle or
similar, I plan to bring it to display anyway, and can have it available for
use with, or in addition to someone else's talk on military models if need be.

Any interest in someone giving a military models talk?

Mark

However, it is slated for demolition soon (it has almost all of my white plates, and other parts I covet, in it). Should I (...) (22 years ago, 27-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.military)
