Round windows (was: New MOC: Red Building)

(...) noticed the shed and locomotive (wow!) but I can't figure out what is going in the "sheddetail1.jpg" image showing a round window. I've built round windows using those inverse half-arches, but these are all a lot bigger than the one you show. (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

Re: A-4 skyhawk is now posted

(...) Also, I'd love to see your model done with a Blue Angels paint job. Before the F/A 18, they used A-4's for many years. --Bill. (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: does this pattern exist?

(...) Great! What set(s) did it come in! (I double-checked, but couldn't find it listed at Peeron. That's why I was concerned...) Thanks, Franklin (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: A-4 skyhawk is now posted

(...) This new little model is a beauty, especially the IAF version. I must go through my brown, green and tan parts to see if it is possibly to build without rushing to Bricklink. (any chance one can "borrow" the dat-file?) Mattias (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  A-4 skyhawk is now posted

The brickshelf moderators have approved the pictures of my newest MOC the A-4 Skyhawk. The pictures can be seen here: (URL) the render here: (URL) was going to work on some soviet designs until I found the .dat for the Jedi Starfighter canopy so I (...)   Land Of Bricks announces plans for "MOCM"

Hey all, I have been planning this for some time, and now that I have finished school (YAY I got my degree!!) I have time to put lots of my plans for Land Of Bricks into play. The first of which is the "MOCM" feature I will have on my site. This is (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.contests) !

  Re: does this pattern exist?

3626bp32 Could that be it? ;-) A rendition of the .dat you made would be handy for reference, not all people have LDRAW-capable programs on their computers. -- Cheers ... Geoffrey Hyde "Franklin W. Cain" <fwcain@yahoo.com> wrote in message (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Brickmania's Gallery Updated - Brickshelf Pix Posted

I'm just letting everyone know that I have updated my web site's gallery to include all of the pictures recently withdrawn from Brickshelf. Most of them are military MOC's, but there's a lot of other gems and even some new stuff spread throught the (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.publish)

  Re: does this pattern exist?

(...) Yes, I definately have that face, minus the 'stubble'. As I recall, since this is a relatively newly authored part, you posted as a comment to the tracker that the 'stubble' was to hard to code and look good at the same time. I couldn't tell (...)   does this pattern exist?

I need your help. :-( I encoded a bunch of LCAD files for various minifig faces, and it may be that I (accidentally) encoded an extra one, for a face pattern that doesn't really exist. (Oops...) It's this file: "Minifig Head with Messy Hair, (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.general, lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: new MOC (look inside, it's a surprise)

I just added some detail pics of the cockpit into the directory... they're the "MGRcXX" ones, obviously. I probably could've done a lot more with the interior, but space and parts were rather limited. -Anthony "K Armstrong" <legomech@mac.com> wrote (...)   Re: new MOC (look inside, it's a surprise)

That is pretty sick. Would love to see the cockpit area (if there is one). I'm trying to decide if I like the underside of the plates for the top of that beast. I don't hate it, but I guess I'm spoiled by all the studless tiled Mecha we've been (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jul-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: MOC Statue of Liberty Pedestal

(...) I'm glad you like it. To answer your question: Since the most common tan piece seems to be the 2x4 brick, most of the exterior structure is made up of such brick. The walls, and so forth, are all 2x wide. The statue, however, is kind of heavy (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

Re: MOC Statue of Liberty Pedestal

new MOC (look inside, it's a surprise)

Re: MOC Statue of Liberty Pedestal
