Re: "Mission Deep Sea" Mutant Super Sub!

(...) of the dino hips too. The skinny arms lend the model a great mutant quality, kind of like vestigial arms. -- Tony Hafner www.hafhead.com (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: Zoid Cockpit

(...) I'm unfamiliar with "Zoid", but that is a great mecha head shape. I have one question, though- can you actually open the windshield without taking the front curve piece off? -- Tony Hafner www.hafhead.com (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New mecha: The Ravenger

G- I dig! I like the colour scheme, and I like the signature Hankinson shoulder configuration. And I like the 'plus fours' (short pants)! Much more streamlined than Mladen's, but maybe more fragile as a result...? ;^) stuart (...) (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Bubba Xk-57 Powersuit

Nick, I don't even remember your announcement. Perhaps it came on a particularly busy day...? In any case, I really like the Xk-57 (I can't bring myself to call it 'bubba', I'm afraid), but actually think the greatly unmodified legs stand out as (...)   Re: Brick Color

Well, I'm happy to see that a question I posed has made it to the hot topics list on the main lugnet page! You've all made my day! Now on to the dicussion at hand... My original query was based upon a rather unscientific thought...my collect spans (...) (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

  Re: New Chateau MOC

(...) I like it a lot. Great job. Great detail. I would love to see it actually built with bricks. Your stuff always blows me away Brad. great job. Jonathan (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

Update on Bazooka Joe from SWAT!

This just in! Due to a horrible experiment gone wrong, Bazooka Joe's arms have mutated and have become extra long! Though this may sound like a tragedy in the eyes of some, Joe has actually found this mutation to be very handy. He can now use his (...)   Bubba Xk-57 Powersuit

Since the great response to my new site was so overwhelming (not even one reply, *sniff*) I decided to make a new powersuit for my SWAT guys. The suit is the Xk-57 Powersuit nicknamed Bubba. This suit holds one man, who controls the arms via a (...) (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New mecha: The Ravenger

  New mecha: The Ravenger

Hey everyone, this mecha came about when Mladen and I were chatting about his recent mecha, he suggested that build a mecha as 'competition' for his, so this the result, (URL) is a small, and "cannon-fodder" type mecha, very weak and almost useless (...)   Re: Home-made One-way valve

(...) Difficult to regulate though - as the same pump affects both. When the high pressure one is full & low pressure one needs pumping, it'll keep adding pressure to both (one outside, one inside). You'd have to have some kind of pressure release (...) (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic, lugnet.build)

  Relay Build step 12

(URL) was considering starting a section that would connect to the front or the back but decided it would be better to do a little more work on this module first. In this step I added 13 pieces.
