(...) Netscape 4.6 is buggy as all getout, I've had it crash on me so many times already I've had to uninstall Quicktime just to use it... not that quicktime wasn't buggy either.. so I didn't mind that.. now if I could only find my old version of (...) (25 years ago, 4-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: Yellow Low Sloped Corner Bricks?

(...) Which makes me ask something I have wondered for a while... why is that piece called a "gable end" piece when when it's used for making a roof that has no gables?? Kevin (25 years ago, 3-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: Yellow Low Sloped Corner Bricks?

Well I checked Kevin Loch's instructions for 7740 (Intercity Train), and yes there are yellow 3x3 low sloped corner bricks in that set (4 of them) as part of the roof of the Locomotive. But I'll bet that they exist somewhere else......... Gary Istok (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Fremont pictures

(...) IIRC he has no web page. So unless he's sent pix to you personally... Roger's ships are very cool - adaptations of the Galactic Mediator and others redone in very cool color schemes.   Re: Fremont pictures

(...) BTW, is there anywhere we see more photos of Roger Rothhaar's space ships? I'm tantalized by the shapes of the leftmost & rightmost ships on that page. --Todd (25 years ago, 3-Jun-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.build)

Re: Yellow Low Sloped Corner Bricks?

(...) Thanks Jeff. That 7740 Intercity Train is also the one that has those rare grey 2x2 windows. You're right about the blue corner slopes. It's a Ninja (I knew it was a 1999 set) set that has them. Gary Istok (25 years ago, 3-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: Yellow Low Sloped Corner Bricks?

(...) 7740 Intercity Train had four, I think. I don't think anything else ever came with any. (...) I do not know of Grey, and the blue ones are from Ninja, not Star Wars. ;) (...) It seems like they'd almost be too small. It would be nice though. (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

  Yellow Low Sloped Corner Bricks?

I just won an auction assortment of LEGO that includes (18) 3x3 low sloped outside corner bricks in yellow. I checked with our Rob Farver (the LEGO sloped bricks expert), and he also had never heard of them. Anyone here in LUGNET have any clue as to (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Cardboard starships

  Cardboard starships

Hey all, Has anyone seen this site (1) ? I found it in the LUGNET CLSotW banners page. It has some pretty nice Lego models, but it also has some (IMHO) fairly impressive minifig-scale cardboard-and-toilet-paper-tube starfighters. Has anyone else (...) (25 years ago, 2-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)
