Yellow Low Sloped Corner Bricks?

I just won an auction assortment of LEGO that includes (18) 3x3 low
sloped outside corner bricks in yellow. I checked with our Rob Farver
(the LEGO sloped bricks expert), and he also had never heard of them.
Anyone here in LUGNET have any clue as to where they came from? The
pieces I am getting are from Israel (if that means anything).
Now, if memory serves me correctly, these 3x3 low sloped outside corner
bricks are available in: Red, Black, Blue (Star Wars), and now Yellow.
Have these ever appeared in Grey (perhaps a train set), or any other
color?
Also, it would sure be great if TLG made a low sloped version of what
many AFOLs like to call the "half pyramid" sloped brick, but which can
also be call a "gable end". These would be great for making a "hip"
(no gables) roof.
Really curious!

| Found 4 in my collection. They may have come from one FreeStyle set, probably the set in the very large box that comes with a green 14-inch x 17-inch terraced plastic hill with indents for small base plates. Sorry about not still having the box for (...) (25 years ago, 4-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

| (...) I have tons of black Tyco 1 x 3 slopes - probably as many as actual LEGO ones. It's a pity that the Tyco slopes have the extra ridge halfway down the slope which makes the look good only for roofing. (Even though most people here think that (...) (25 years ago, 5-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)
