Re: LEGO Mechcommander: A good month if you‘re clan

Whoa, neato.... I gotta tell you. The Red Robot was inspired by the "Battlemaster" , (URL) one day while crusing around the web I encountered references to your site on Battletech related sites.   Diablock: D3-Gigantis!

  Re: The BrickTopia Royal Palace

(...) Brad! Really nice work! I always enjoy reading your descriptions of how the buildings in Brick Topia came about. It shows that a lot of work and thought went into designing them. Your innovative designs and brick offsets are truly inspiring. (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.arch)

Re: Bricktopia Police Headquarters and "Re-Education" Center

(...) I really like the design of te building, but I'm not sure if I dig the silver parts used. They look like they were added as an afterthought. greg (URL) (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)

Re: Mecha designs at BrickFest 2001

I can't make it this year. Several of us mech builders are planning on attending the 2002 Brickfest and doing something similar to what you propose in your post. We haven't hammered anything out yet other than we'd like to go next year. Bryce (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.events.brickfest)

  Re: The BrickTopia Royal Palace

Brad I checked out the pics. Very cool. I really like the overall top shot of the city. Very nice indeed. Keep up the great work. How about crossing over and becoming a pure castle builder? You obviously have the talent. Take care. Andy (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.arch)

(...) I could do it if someone wants to buy me a plane ticket. ;^D Sorry I can't be there... just isn't in the budget to take two LEGO trips within two months of each other :^P ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.events.brickfest)

  Mecha designs at BrickFest 2001

...Are any mecha builders planning on making it to BrickFest 2001 and/or are you bringing your mecha?   Re: Steampunk: The Mean Tine

High velocity gravity! Hah! That's a nifty little model. Steampunk is definitely an underdeveloped theme. I'd love to see someone tackle a technic version of the spider-mech from Wild Wild West.   Re: The BrickTopia Royal Palace

(...) Very cool, I like the color scheme and the angled walls in front. I thought the burbs used inside were a little odd. Overall a very neat combination of castle and your own architectural style. Keep up the amazing work. -Jason (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

Re: New sculpture: Geoffrey the Giraffe

I forgot to mention this, but this sculpture will be on display at my local Toys'R'Us on June 23rd from 1-3, as a test to see if they want to buy it, in which case it'll be permanently installed at that location.
