  Re: The future is now

(...) The end is pretty slow in coming, then...the human race has been turning science fiction into fact for a heck of a long time. Read some stuff by Jules Verne and then think about how much of it has actually come to pass. We've visited the (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Painting Minifigs

(...) Yup -- people have done it, and there have been some totally amazing things! Check this out, for example: (URL) made a Bill Gates Borg minifig yet? --Todd (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: NEW MECHA!!!

Re: Top 8 ways to get out of a slump ...

(...) I've found this technique to be very helpful too. For those of you who have visited my site, I have a wide variety of different themes that I build in, from Technic to space to sculpture to my current focus, which is town. I get hooked into a (...)   Re: AV-8B Harrier Model

(...) ... Hey, very nice work (I've never seen the piece you used for the outrigger landing gear (Res-Q was during my dark ages), but it works brilliantly). Very accurate and recognizable shape, epscecially within such a small scale. Nice colour (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

Re: Top 8 ways to get out of a slump ...

Wise words Pawel, and techniques I've been using lately. One other rut-losing method I've found that works for me is switching genre's. I know, I know, how could a dedicated Pirate-head like myself, one who only started buying legos after (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build)

  Re: New Multi Legged Mecha

(...) Oh man.. that thing just looks wicked. I didn't even notice the rotary guns (?) on the underbelly in the first pic. That color scheme just makes it look so sinister to me. What are the pods in the back used for, if anything? Fuel? Do you have (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: 8 wide Dodge Viper RT10

(...) I'd seen the renderings, but like your amazing Colonial Viper, your Dodge Viper looks even better in the brick. Instantly recognizable, which is stunning in 8 wide. I cannot wait to see the Hummer (both of which were vehicles I'd been wanting (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build)

  Dark Mecha

I have made a second attempt at creating a mecha. The basic design is similar to the first, but is much more stable. I also gave it a black and red color sceme. There's only one picture up right now, my digital camera is dead, and there's not a (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The future is now

(...) I think I remember reading an article about a four-legged pick-up truck developed by MIT (or Harvard) back several decades. History Channel, I believe. The basic problem was that the legs were too slow, to keep it's weight balanced required 3 (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Whoop-dee-doo. Why are they even trying to develop power suits when they should be working on flying cars? I was promised flying cars in the year 2000 and they've missed thier deadline. Where is my flying car? I want a flying car! Greg "The llama is (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
