No, but that sounds like a good idea! Actually, I haven't built an
entire town in a long time. I prefer to work on individual
models--usually vehicles or spaceships...

All my figs also bask in a bin of partially assembled minifigs, torsos,
arms, legs, and hands. To top it off, they're deprived of such
necessities as hair, helmets, caps, airtanks, etc...
