I finally broke down and got the World City Coast Watch HQ (7047). I immediately destroyed it and rolled the parts (and a "few" of my own) into a more impressive building on the same base plate. (...) Nik gives me too much credit. I just built the base and some of the scenery.. that was the easy part. Nik did ALL the vehicles (and the Sea Monkey hybrid creature/mechanical) except for the crane/sub... that one I had done the frame already (...)
