Hello,
A while ago, when I was deeper into my diner phase, I built a diner inspired by
Mickeys in St. Paul, MN. I was inspired to build it by looking at the works of
painter John Baeder. (His work also inspired my AlMacs Diner, which I later
found out used to be owned by my family).
I wasnt really thrilled with the way my version of Mickeys came out, so I
didnt post pictures of it, until now. I decided recently that it isnt all
that bad.
Here is my version:

Here is the painting I based it off by John Baeder:

I think a little better presentation and maybe some signage would help out my
version quite a bit.
Just the same, here it is!
Thoughts and comments are always appreciated.
I have another diner planned and also two new buildings that I am very excited
about almost ready to go. (2-3 weeks)
These two new buildings are:
1. Not diners
2. Not Firehouses
3. Not based on buildings in the NYC area (one is from Michigan and one is from Massachusetts)
More to come on those.
Thanks for reading a rather longish post. I had a meeting scheduled at work get postponed and I needed to use up some time. . . I guess I could have done some work.
Jonathan
