     Is anyone aware of changes to LEGO's Shop at Home customer service that would account for the fact that when I tried to call today and place an order I ended up speaking with a guy who had never heard of the weekly Shop at Home specials? When that happens to me, and it's always easy to tell, I just hang up, and try again later... Those outsourcers are aweful. They actually (...)      I just spoke with an actual employee of LSAH and she said that due to call volume today I was probably sent to the Answering Service and that's why the guy I talked to was not aware of weekly specials or the term "Shop At Home".
