    MARS INFO! —Nick Cameron
(URL) is updated!!! It has info on the sets and figures. Also, on the enlarged picture of the base, it shows that the mars guys shot through the pipes do have a "container", so it isn't just a dry waterslide! Check it out! NICK ;^D (23 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.announce)

        Re: MARS INFO! —Jonathan Mizner
(...) Look at the Assistant's biography on Lego. It appears to be a small polybag car he is driving. Almost guaranteed to be the LOM polybag set for the theme. I haven't had a chance to look at the Martian bios, maybe they have a polybag set as (...) (23 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.space)

        Re: MARS INFO! —Darrell King
(...) It must be a future polybag set, I thought it may be the car from the solar explorer, but it definitely isn't. What confuses me is that on (URL) it shows the alternate model (from the back of the box) instead of the main "Mono Jet" design, (...)          Re: MARS INFO! —Christian Gemuenden
Hi, you might have missed a previous message about three additional S@H exclusive LoM sets 7300-7302. If so, the following posting might be interesting for you as you will find links to more pictures there: (URL) 28 further LEGO sets not yet listed (...)         Re: MARS INFO! —Andrew Tyrone
(...) Well, I always wanted one of those cameras, now I can grab a couple. Any pics of the bags? (...) -- Andrew, Agent 0007 (23 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.space)

        Re: MARS INFO! —Chris Langstaff
(...) The picture is the alternate model for LoM 7310 'Mono Jet' - it comes in a small box and not a polybag. So do the Studios 'Camera Man' and 'Stunt Man' sets. But you're right - the stunt man is a bit cheesy. The Mono Jet is worth the small (...) (23 years ago, 11-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.space)

Re: MARS INFO! —Wayne R. Hussey
(...) I've tentatively identified them with the names: Grey-Green - same as Statue of Liberty color(?) Grey-Red Grey-Blue Grey-Purple. They are lighter in tone than than regular colors, but also have a 'faded' look to them - hence the 'grey'. BTW, (...) (23 years ago, 11-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.space)

Mars Stuff —Ed T. Toton III
I know a lot of you probably already have some of these sets, or have read comments about them, but I wanted to put in my 2 cents... Personally, I like the new Mars theme. Sure bets the hell out of things like UFO and Insectoids! Something more (...) (23 years ago, 11-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.space)

        Re: Mars Stuff —Eric Joslin
(...) Actually, given that the larger set is an "excavation" somethingorother, I realised that all the Martian equipment could be interpreted pretty easily as mining equipment, too! eric (23 years ago, 11-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.space)
