Hi All! I'm planning a big brick event for next weekend[1]. As part of it, I'd like to run some LEGO stop motion movies on a TV there. I need to figure out a selection of "little kid friendly" films. i.e. stuff that won't freak out parents of a (...) (17 years ago, 14-Oct-07, to lugnet.animation)

I've been looking more deeply into using a digital still camera (DSC) to do animation. This has regrettably resulting in me being more confused than before. I'm looking to move beyond the cheap webcam I've been using in the past. My current digital still camera doesn't support software-driven capture, and is getting pretty old anyway. So I'm looking for a new DSC that will do a better job. (...) (17 years ago, 22-Jun-07, to lugnet.animation, FTX)
