I'm in agreement With Stefan, Australians too would be ruled out by only allowing ntsc. but I AM aware of the difficulties at Brickfest 2002, my submissions, for example, were submitted in high bitrate versions (for optimun clarity, and quality to (...) (...) You're in luck, because there's a lot of help available on the net. First, you're going to need a camera. A normal webcam will do nicely, as this film testifies.
