  Tricerablock's horns

Is it just me, or does Tricerablocks (whoever coined that cool name) have the same white horns attacked to his head as the barbarians in the new Knights lego? If so, they must be tougher than we thought. :) -- Paul Davidson, aka Tinman (URL) "If you (...) (26 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Minifigs in Dino Land

The Egyptian and Amazon Adventure sets had, for villains, both the rival fortune-hunters trying to beat Johnny to the treasure, and the Mummy / skeletons / Amazon king guy trying to foil them both. I would guess that the Lost World sets will have (...) (26 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Minifigs in Dino Land

Hello Fellow Adventurers, With all the fervor surrounding the July 2000 Lost Island of the Dinosaurs releases it is certainly a fun time to be an Adventurers fan. I think I echo everyone's sentiments by saying it will be a long wait until then. But (...) (26 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.adventurers)

  A new respect...

After seeing the LEGO 2000 catalogue, I find myself with a new respect for Johnny Thunder. I'll admit, I've kinda thought he was a wimp, but seeing him striding confidently from his cage-hauling truck towards a Tyrannosaurus with nothing but a (...)   Re: My Analysis of the 2000 Sets

(...) Thanks Erin! That plane looks, simply put, INCREDIBLE! While LEGO still has a long way to go, I say 2000 is the best year they've had since 1996. The Soccer game itself is not great, but I love those buses! And the Adventurers are great! They (...) (26 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: Adventurers and dinosaurs in 2000

Yes I too was thrilled by the Dino theme news, but I found the small treaded vehicle in the Shop-at-home flyer even more thrilling. I tried something similar with the treads from Cyber-Slam for my Desert Army but it just was getting to big. Woo-hoo. (...) (26 years ago, 9-Nov-99, to lugnet.adventurers)
