(...) Thank you. Yes I have a few more pictures. Which angles do you want? If I don't have them I can make them. Christian (21 years ago, 20-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

Hi Christian, this is a very cool MOC! Have you got some more pictures where you can see the whole plane? Leg Godt -Sven (21 years ago, 20-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: Celebrating a Century of Flight - Minifig Scale Wright 1903 Flyer

Wow, this is spectacular. All of the details from the wings to the engines are great. I like the picture that copies the famous picture with the launch rail. I also appreciate the good instructions for this moc. Ben (21 years ago, 19-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

  CONTEST : LEGO MOVIE POSTERS

  NEW WEBSITE : MINIFIGVILLE.COM

Hello Everybody! Well, today's the day! The bid official launch of my new website. After dealing with mixed thoughts about continuing to maintain my old website (www.rotule.qc.ca, dead now) or upgrading it, I opted to creating a new and improved (...) (...) flower and tree as a detail, and in general how the boat is put together out of sideways plates. Seems to fit right into Adventurers, no matter that the theme has not yet officially gone to the taiga. -Erik (21 years ago, 14-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Voyageurs

Hi. I am making some Voyageur MOCs and trying to figure out where they fit in. I'm thinking either Pirates or Adventurers? What do you think? Is there room for a few more MOC ideas here? Thoughts welcome. Chris (URL) (21 years ago, 14-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Books for inspiration

(...) I've always enjoyed H.P. Lovecraft, there used to be an online library of his works, but it looks like it may be gone now. You can start here: (URL) an intesting mix of sci-fi/fantasty/horror fiction, and it always gives me a lot of (...) (21 years ago, 11-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Books for inspiration

(...) Check out "Darwinia" by Robert Charles Wilson. It's a bit on the sci-fi side, but it takes place in 1920. Basically Europe gets wiped out and replaced with an unexplored forest, and adventurers are sent in to map and explore the "new" land. (...) (21 years ago, 10-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Books for inspiration

I'm trying to find some books for inspiration for Adventurers models. Either fiction or non-fiction. I've read a few of the Indiana Jones novels which are a good start. Any suggestions? (21 years ago, 10-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Smuggler

(...) Thank you for the criticism. Old hulls are a little unproportional; they were not made for minifigs, so it's rather hard to keep good proportions, especially when you want to make something more than just a cockpit. (...) SNIPPED Andrzej -- That's really a great idea. It looks like a small tramp steamer. You've packed a lot of great detail into this design. I've always liked using the old boat hulls. Wish they were still being used. The hidden compartment under (...) (21 years ago, 6-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

(...) I like the idea and the details: bed, engine, pump and hidden compartment under the crate. But I think that it looks misplaced on the tall and narrow hull. I guess that it is too cramped. The color scheme is fine though. Christian (21 years ago, 6-Dec-03, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)
