  Re: Chinese sets!

Cool, thanks for the info Christian! The sets are kind of disappointing, though. I mean, if we were all asked to come up with set ideas for a Chinese subtheme, would we come up with these? Take care, Gary (...) (22 years ago, 6-Jan-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

Johnnys green torso in India is a mistake!

<snip> (...) <snip> BTW I think that the green torso that Johnny is using in India is a mistake! Apart from a few minor differences* in color the green torso is exactly the same as he has always used. Why should his shirt suddenly become a vest? It (...)   Glory, glory 2003!

This is just a glorious year!!! Ninja is totally born anew, and Castle has 'BOTH' the Adventures line and the new Harry Potter sets to feed off of… A new style of Halberdier/Oriental Pike will be quite useful. I totally recommend it, produces sharp images and has great color correction - well worth the money. Take care, Gary (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

Gary, Beautiful work! I think my favorite details are the little things around the office. Those file cabinets, for instance, look perfect. Another favorite detail is the fire escape. Great work. Bruce (22 years ago, 3-Jan-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: My Adventurers ISCC entry

Hey Gary, First and foremost, an awesome job! You indeed made the story quite evident, and enjoyable, and overall it was very cinematic. What camera do you use? The pictures are incredibly sharp and I'm looking for something new for some upcoming (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jan-03, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: My Adventurers ISCC entry

Very cool. I'm going to be stealing quite a few ideas from your pictures. Great use of the lions heads in the archways. I also really liked the flower in the vase, the fire excape, and the armoured cars were cool.... I usually buy adventurer sets so (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jan-03, to lugnet.adventurers)
