seems a logical one to give the correct address form for post-by-mail, or to
link to a FAQ entry that does.

(the correct form is: lugnet.off-topic.test@lugnet.com
and not: lugnet.off-topic.test@news.lugnet.com)

A FAQ entry that gives it (tangentially) is:

Although one COULD argue that news.lugnet.com maybe ought to accept mail, I
am not suggesting that in this suggestion.

I am hampered in my testing of this since Outlook(tm) is considered
Dodgy(tm) by LUGNET(tm), which rejects mailed posts from it. (and rightly
so, I might add, although I can't recall exactly where it was explained why,
it was pretty crufty...)
