  Enforce .lego.* rules
 
I have noticed for quite a while that we (LUGNET users) have become laxed about what is being posted to .lego.* Based on the ng clarification posted by Todd: (URL) are all (myself included) guilty of posting unnecessarily to these groups. (...) This is probably due to the confusion between the .dear-lego and .lego.* rules. I would like to make a more concrete suggestion: get rid of .dear-lego, and create some .lego.* groups that are specifically for discussions among lugnetters about (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jun-02, to lugnet.admin.suggestions)

Until the *default* web view (not just "an available view", I know it's available) is without subgroups folded in, I'd rather see .dear-lego kept off to the side and less traffic that belongs in .dear-lego misposted to .lego.direct Otherwise (...) (...) Are you suggesting we put aliases on these pages: (2 URLs) .dear-lego? Because that's a pretty good idea. (...) No, but merely because I hadn't thought of it. I was just suggesting not moving .dear-lego (renamed or not) under .lego so that its content would not get mixed in when one viewed .lego from the web using the default interface. This is (...)
