(...) No idea. I just remember having experienced that before (when I posted via http, which is rarely). I am using FireFox 0.8, and still seeing that behavior. (21 years ago, 13-Nov-04, to lugnet.admin.suggestions)

(...) Ross, I'm seeing the same thing with Mozilla 1.7.3 on Mac OS-X. I used to see this intermittently on Moz 1.4, but now it seems to happen all the time (at least I think its all the time, certainly on replies). Ok, Now previewing the reply I (...) There's a couple of nice features of Partsref that I've used: It can be included easily in FTX, eg: [LDrawPart 3001:7] I have used that feature quite a bit, but have often come up against the limited number of parts in the Partsref. | | Quotes in FTX
I just noticed that FTX seems to convert "double quotes" to chr 147 & 148, and it seems to depend on whether there is white space on one side or the other. However it doesn't seem treat the hard carriage return ( ) as white space. Maybe it should? (...) (22 years ago, 24-Oct-04, to lugnet.admin.suggestions, FTX)
