In the last week or so. I was on the road for a good portion of last week
and didn't reach LUGNET as much as I normally do. I really noticed it on
Thursday and over the weekend. More groups showed up each day as well.

Nope. When I go to the group OE tells me there are no new messages.

The next time I sync Outlook Express (download all new articles from the
server) the behavior will happen again.
