To find out, read here --> (URL) if it is somehow found to be possible to cancel via HHTP web interface, I would like to see that functionality made available. (...) A new newsgroup lugnet.admin.finance has been created for the discussion and brainstorming of LUGNET financial aspects. Previously, this had simply been a webpage placeholder at (URL) one level above the Donations info page. CHARTER/PURPOSE (...) [snip] (...) correct me if I'm wrong, but you're trying to send a message via mail, not via nntp, right? from what you posted it seems like your mail server was not able to look up the correct DNS entry for LUGNET (Failed MX lookup; try again (...) (...) Hmmm. Probably doesn't help much, but I just connected using Outlook Express (1st time for months!) and it was quick. Posted a message, authentication email took less than 2 minutes, message appeared in newsgroup less than a minute after (...) (22 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.admin.nntp)
