Definitely taking MUCH MUCH longer than normal. It's taking several minutes
to update low traffic groups like admin.general - with 6 messages since the
last sync.

| (...) Hmmm. Probably doesn't help much, but I just connected using Outlook Express (1st time for months!) and it was quick. Posted a message, authentication email took less than 2 minutes, message appeared in newsgroup less than a minute after (...) (23 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.admin.nntp)
