A fool would think that you had, yes, but Todd has repeatedly stated here in
admin general that he does not make editorial decisions.  Which you would
know if you read this group. I expect Suzanne to continue that wise policy.

You would need to explicitly request cancellation. Merely granting
"authority if they want to" means that they will not, as they do not want
the legal exposure of exercising editorial control. Exercise it in one place
and you then have to exercise it everywhere. Which they do not want to do
because of liability reasons. c.f. Prodigy and their legal woes.

Your violation of the ToC, while serious, is not at the level where they
will cancel posts (M*d H*tter comes to mind) over it.

Reread this paragraph, perhaps reading it for understanding this time:

It is against LUGNET policy to cancel posts, even for major ToS violations,
unless the circumstances are very extreme. (1) YOU need to request that the
posts be cancelled, else LUGNET is exercising editorial control which they
only very rarely (some would say never) do, for good and sufficient legal
reasons.

You ignored it the first time. Try again.

or even transfer them to OTD (if that can be done).

It can't be done under current LUGNET technology.(1)

That is why I said "if that can be done"

Which you would know if you paid attention to admin.general. Hence this
either shows you *don't* pay attention or shows that you are trying to leave
a false impression of reasonableness on your part (that is, lying by
omission of important facts).

Larry, I not I am not going to bicker with you in this group. If Suzanne is not clear on what I have said, she is welcome to contact me either via this group or e-mail.
