Perhaps I didn't post my mod very clearly ("straight sale" gets expanded explicitly to include third party shops and Cary's prohibition against them is struck) but my intent is that BST, and not .brickshops, is the (...) Once you open a charter discussion, you are open to all charter change suggestions, even ones that take the charter in the opposite direction from your (...)
