I haven't gotten any demands or requests about selling a set, but I have gotten
some fairly weird requests about instructions, etc. I view it as being part
and parcel with choosing to publicly display the sets you have- it's a choice
you make, and the consequence is that people are going to view the list and
react in different ways to it. If the noise becomes unbearable, I'd either
delete the set list you have or move it to being privately viewable. Then no
one will be able to see it. After all, as far as I can tell there's no real
advantage to making it publicly viewable other than to say "hey look, I got
these sets!" (and yes, I have a good chunk of my collection listed publicly as
well).

| Thanks to all who replied. I've been in the process of moving some my sets over to the private list for the past few weeks. It's frustrating because many of the messages were just downright rude, not even a signature or anything. Oh well, -chris (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.admin.general)
