I have come to the idea that there is nowhere obvious to put test postings. I suggest the creation of the group lugnet.test for this purpose. Any comments? Carbon 60 (26 years ago, 2-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.general)

Ahhh, goodie -- this comes up again. :) Here's an earlier thread on the subject (I think one of several): (URL) hesitate to set up a group called lugnet.test because, news conventions aside, a group named lugnet.test, by its position in the (...) (26 years ago, 2-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.general)

(...) Because your name is Simon Denscombe, not Carbon 60. Aliases/handles get the backseat here on lugnet and are understated as much as possible. There's no room to display both in the overview list, so it goes with your real name. (It's that way (...) (26 years ago, 2-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.general)
