Yikes, and bandwidth and CPU intensive. The only scripts on the lugnet.com
server which are intended to be called from other scripts are...
/news/avid.cgi
/news/rate.cgi
...those have APIs (others don't).

| I've been really busy at work and not able to hang out here as much as I'd like. But I noticed that there's a new rating system, which seems pretty cool, except it seems useless to me as an NNTP user. :( Todd, are you aware of the GroupLens system? (...)
