Well toss one of my 2 votes today as they were trying to see if I could do it... :-) What about the "lack of comments" part of the question? Did you get many comments when voting was by mail? (...) (24 years ago, 22-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.general)

(...) How do transactions coming through a firewall show up? Don't they tend to show up as a single IP address (or at least a very small set) for a whole group of people? (24 years ago, 22-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
