For-profit meaning the site itself took a cut of the auction proceeds through listing fees, percentages, or both. In that case Yahoo! wouldn't be there, but (...)      I wish eBay would change the format to something like... "Auction will end at this time *or* at X minutes beyond the last bid (whichever is later)", where X could be anything from 5-30 minutes.
