Wait, you didn't mean that did you?
It's a Cnews based NNTP backend with the web and authentication stuff
grafted onto it with perl and awk.
See lugnet.admin.general past messages. For example the very recent
one dealing with CNews Y2K bugs. And the ones dealing with Cnews
