Hmm, now that you mention it, I clicked around some more, and you actually
did host the images on your own site. You could have pointed people to
those images instead of announcing your auction in the .castle group and
pointing them to a page which solicits bids.
May I ask again why you didn't do that? Your last answer was tongue-in-
cheek, thus you avoided the question.

Whether or not you're "trying to" solicit bids, you *are* soliciting bids,
especially when 75% of the body of your message was pure URL as opposed to
anything substative (like what Larry did last week).
If I put my old 493 Space Command Center set with gray sloped bricks for
craters up for auction on eBay and included a really nice scan of it, and
then announced the URL of that auction in the .space newsgroup, claiming
that the URL was the so that people could go look at the pretty picture,
what do you think people would say?
