It will only re-drop the cookie onto your computer if you have the following
checkbox checked when you submit the form:

(Un-check this to delete the cookie from your machine.)
The LUGNET server never stores cookies without a user's explicit request to
do so.

Right -- it'll already recognize you, and I'll see that you filled out the
