If they are from UseNET, they should. There will be as much testing
elsewhere as you get on RTL, etc. But it will give a good place to put
test messages for those who DO know and get those test messages off of
the other groups.

Not flamed. But reminded of the proper place for test messages. Just
like we remind them of the proper place for auctions, etc

Perhaps. But they would not get any comment -- since few people
actually READ a .test group -- so it does not matter.
