You could make a message saying to use it for test posts appear (nonobtrusively, of course) the first time anyone tries to post from the web interface.... (Assuming of course that (...) There will be as much testing elsewhere as you get on RTL, etc. But it will give a good place to put test messages for those who DO know and get (...) If an article contains Followup-To: poster then when someone posts a follow-up message, the follow-up message is e-mailed to the original poster (as given by the 'From' header (...) I'm very happy with Outlook Express for the most part, but I don't get illegal operations on it (I just start it when I reboot my computer and leave it running... so its been up for a few weeks now since my last reboot).
