Are there places which are set up specifically to give out newsfeeds to
specific groups and to receive posts back to them (at a reasonable cost)?
I wouldn't want to steal a Usenet newsfeed from my ISP and relay messages back
out through it.
Is there any value in having a read-only copy of rec.toys.lego hosted here
(much easier to set up), or is it only of value if it's postable-to?
I am hesitant to tackle solving the issues of crossposting, filtering
binaries/MIME, and real-life-name social issues...
