The only semi-tricky part would be to identify the 'XXX said' line -
though, it's a safe assumption that if the line before a quoted region
has exactly one sentance and ends with a ':', it's part of the quote.
Probably miss a bunch of edge cases, but it will work for the common
ones.
Thoughts?
