In the past, it has taken a day or so to be active.

Well, I've now got a new one (thanks Rene).

I try to check at least two times per day, same with membership issues.

A link on your member page would be good indeed. There is also a link at the
bottom left of admin http://news.lugnet.com/admin but really it does need to be
more prominent.

Ja, that's right. I'm currently thinking about a help section for that kind of
problems. E.g., some users seems to have problems with the authentication
emails, and it turned out that these problems were there even before the server
move (that's a bit alleviating for me, but doesn't help the users of course).
This behaviour appears mainly on Hotmail accounts, though recently a Yahoo
account was also affected. However, I've made  a list of possible solutions,
Nelson Yrizarry consented to help me with correcting spelling and grammar
(Thanks!) and once it's done this would be the first "article" in the planned
help section.

But I'd like to clear up the ToU first, so that we can tally this for a couple
of weeks :-)
