When I post replies (by web interface) I often find that the LUGNET server will continually send 0 as a response until I restart my browser, or refresh the original post's page - and then, with some luck it will accept the post. I certainly don't (...) (20 years ago, 7-Dec-04, to lugnet.admin.general)

(...) Looks like some spammer or script kiddie (or worm) figured out that LUGNET is a good domain to spoof return addresses from. (...) 6 days ago I cleared my "spam" folder, and today there is a total of 9 pieces of spam, and 6 of them (one from each day) is this same user with the lugnet.com address, each mail has a different subject, and the attachment is slightly different (...)
